CloseoutCam contains no analytics, attribution, advertising or crash-reporting SDK, no account or registration system, and no background upload or sync. We do not collect, receive, transmit, sell or share any personal information about you or your customers.

This data is included in your device's own iPhone or iCloud backup, which is controlled by you and by Apple, not by us. If you use the Pro backup feature, the backup file is placed wherever you choose to save or send it, and you are responsible for it once it leaves the app.
Deleting CloseoutCam deletes this data with it. We have no copy and cannot recover it.
Customer names, addresses and job photos you enter are your records, held on your device. We never see them. A report leaves your device only when you choose to share it, and it goes wherever you send it using the standard iOS share sheet. Once you share a report, this policy no longer governs it.
If you have privacy obligations toward your own customers, you — not us — are the controller of that information.
CloseoutCam asks for camera access so you can take job photos, and for photo library access so you can import photos you already have. Both are used only to add photos to the job you are working on, and photos are copied into the app's own private storage on your device. You can revoke either permission at any time in Settings › CloseoutCam.
CloseoutCam Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment and tells the app whether you are entitled to Pro. We never see your payment details, your Apple Account or your name. The app stores a local record of your entitlement so that Pro works offline.
Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
The only network requests CloseoutCam makes are to Apple's App Store, to load product prices and to verify and restore purchases. Every other feature — creating jobs, importing photos, annotating, generating and previewing PDFs, backing up — works with no network connection at all.
CloseoutCam is a business tool intended for adults. It is rated 4+ because it contains nothing objectionable, but it is not directed at children, and we knowingly collect nothing from anyone of any age.
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, export, correct or delete on your behalf. You control all of it directly on your device: delete a job, delete a photo, or delete the app.
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, note it in the app's release notes.
